Adults and children can benefit from learned sleep-improvement habits. Rochelle’s work with HypnoBirthing parents has given her insight and special techniques to help new parents regain and achieve improved and regular sleep schedules after their baby begins to sleep through the night (but new parents find that they cannot!) Rochelle also uses pain management techniques, breathwork, and relaxation exercises to help clients achieve better sleep; each client receives a sleep regulation program that works for them – usually after the first session.
